– The qualifying benefits include State Pension which covers Basic, Additional or Graduated Retirement Benefit.

– You can also qualify if you receive Carer’s Allowance or Attendance Allowance.

– Other qualifying benefits are Disability Living Allowance & Personal Independence Payment.
